Online Ordering Details
Make Selections, Add to Cart, and Edit Order
Go to Order Now for quick SECURE charge card ordering. This page lists of all our courses including pricing and shipping method. Certificates are mailed to you First Class with no charge. You can click on the "View Description" link for each course to view its description.
Once you have decided which course(s) you want, just click on the "Buy Me" buttons. The following screen shows what is in your shopping cart and gives you the option to add or delete items, complete order or continuing shopping. If you continue shopping, you can always go back to view and edit your shopping cart by clicking on "View or Submit Order."
Submit your Order
After you view your order, you can click on "Submit Order" that brings you to a secured page that is protected with Secured Socket Layers. You will be asked for your License Number, name, title, mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number. You will choose your shipping method. Your Certificates for online courses will be mailed to the address you supply when purchasing, so please complete your mailing address and choose First Class mail (this is free). When finished click "Submit Shipping Information."
The final screen, shows your Order ID Number, your complete order with the total cost of your purchase(s) - you do not pay any taxes on your order. You will be asked for your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex) or Discover Card), the card's expiration month and year, and number. If your credit card information is different from your mailing address, please enter it.
Complete and Send your Order
You can "back out" of an order at anytime before clicking Complete Order - you don't get trapped - just click the back button on your browser. When finished, click on "Complete Order." Remember also, all courses ordered by mail, may be returned for refund within 30 days in resalable/unused condition.
Confirmation of Order
A window will then show that confirms your order and gives you an invoice number. If you do not receive this confirmation window, it may be because some older browsers or browsers that have their "cookies" turned off could have difficulties processing orders. (It is recommended you update your browser and allow for cookies.) Online courses DO NOT require cookies and should accommodate most browsers. If you have any difficulties in ordering online or taking the courses, please e-mail customer_service@nursece.com or call toll free 1-800-824-1254 during normal business hours for personal assistance. Remember also, that all courses ordered by mail may be returned for refund within 30 days in resalable/unused condition.
How to Take an Online Course
Complete your order (see Ordering Instructions above) to select your online course(s) before you submit your required Evaluation. Evaluations received without payment will be deleted.
Click on the link "Begin Course" (located at the top and bottom of each Web site page). If desired, you can print out the course material or Test for easier reading.
To take the Test, click on the "Test" link at the end of the course or return to Begin Course to select the Test you are ready to take. Please note: The Test is for your own personal enrichment of the selected course. It is recommended that you complete it, but all you are required to submit is the Evaluation for Continuing Education Credits
After you have completed your Test, hit the "Submit" button and you will immediately know the results. You will then need to complete the required Evaluation to receive your certificate.
Your certificate will be mailed to you when we receive a completed Evaluation.

Hours of Operation / Turnaround Time
Orders are accepted 24 hours / 7 days a week by fax at 1-512-261-1397 or by phone at 1-800-824-1254 (toll free) when using your credit or debit card. During non-business hours, our secure, computerized, automated voice messaging system will walk you through the ordering process.
For personal service please call during normal business hours (weekends and holidays excluded). See Time Zone Chart below.

Course orders and certificates are processed and shipped First Class mail after receiving them. Orders received after 12 noon on Friday (CST) and over the weekend will be treated as if received Monday. We also offer next day Federal Express service for $30.
Certificates can be faxed to you for $7 plus $2 for each additional (First Class mail is free). If ordering online, please call toll free 1-800-824-1254 to request Certificate fax back option.
Certificate of Participation
- How will I receive my certificate once the course is completed?
- Your certificate along with an explanation of the correct answers will be mailed to you after we receive your completed Evaluation (excluding weekends and holidays). Evaluations received after 12 noon on Friday (CST) and over the weekend will be treated as if received on Monday. See also Faxing Options.
- Is there an additional charge for Certificates?
- NO. Your purchase price includes the issuance of your certificate.
- What if I am licensed in more than one state?
- Just call us and we will issue a second certificate for free.
Courses
- I did not receive my 9000 series on-line course(s) with my order.
- Our 9000 series courses are actually online (we do not send them). See above "How to take an online course." View online courses.

Faxing Options
- Can I FAX my Evaluation to you?
- YES, Our FAX number is 1-512-261-1397. Our FAX machine is on 24 hours. Online Evaluations can be accessed from the Begin Course link.
- Can you FAX back my Certificate?
- YES. There is a charge of $7 for the first certificate and $2 for each additional. Fill out the FAX BACK option on your printable order form or when taking online call us with your credit card (toll free 1-800-824-1254).
Security
- I don't want to put my credit card number or personal information on the Internet to order your courses.
- You may order anytime day or night by calling toll free 1-800-824-1254. If you call during business hours (see hours of operation) you will speak with a real person who will answer your questions and take your order. During non-business hours, our secure, computerized, automated voice messaging system will walk you through the ordering process. (See also Order Offline to print our Order Form.)
- Is this site secure?
- The use of protected purchase on the Order Form means we protect your information using a Secured Socket Layer when you transfer your sensitive personal data. Look for the lock icon (located on your lower bar) or the URL "https" (instead of "http") which is your assurance of personal protection.
Technical Support
- When submitting an online Evaluation I received an error message "Can't run from here".
- Some computer settings may not work on our site. A common situation may be that you are running Norton's Internet Security Firewall. If you temporarily disable your Firewall, the item may go through. We do not gather your computer information or sell your personal information. For further assistance, please call 1-800-824-1254.
